Sometimes guys need options, directions, and answers in addition to skills like emotion regulation. Coaching develops men into the best versions of themselves through evidence-based practices. Topics might include: getting jobs or relationships on track, decreasing stress and other obstacles, increasing self-discipline, improving resilience or motivation, or figuring out how to feel better.
Zach Gerdes does life coaching tailored to men. He has spent time in education, business, and healthcare in the Pacific Northwest and currently Northeast Ohio. He has a Master's degree in Counseling and Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He is finishing his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. He has spent over a decade studying and practicing psychology. HOW IT WORKS
This can be telecoaching or in person (if location allows). Sessions are over the phone unless otherwise requested. No travel necessary. Additional resources will be provided via email or hard copy. Payment is made online through PayPal, Venmo, or other arranged means.
Here's how this goes:
1. Call for a brief consultation. It's free. No harm done. Zach's direct contact information is below.
2. Schedule a coaching session (happens during the consultation). Sessions are typically an hour. Compensation is discussed during the free consultation.
3. That's it. Schedule more coaching if you want. Some guys get what they need out of one session, others go for 5, 10, 20, or more. It's your call.
